Amanda did an amazing deep clean. With pets in the house it can be chaotic and filled with fur, but this didn't phase her. She left my place spotless and went above and beyond.

I accidentally overpaid Suds Up by $200 for a one‑off clean on 18 December. More than a month later despite multiple polite reminders Amanda has still not returned my money .
A straightforward refund should take minutes, not weeks. No trustworthy business forces a customer to chase their own money. The clean itself was ok but the lack of basic professionalism and reliability has been disappointing. I take no pleasure in writing bad reviews for small businesses but based on my experience I would strongly caution anyone against using Suds Up.
